Hey Everyone!
Really excited to be back with our second episode! With such reception and feedback from our "pilot" episode, Nande and I decided to make The Standup Podcast a regular thing!
In this week's Stand-up, we discuss the role and responsibility of the QA team in an Agile Environment. Where they belong on the team, what their roles are and how we can structure our Agile Environment to enable their success. There's no reason why QA and Development need to have an adversarial relationship, so Nande and I break things down from his perspective of an Agile Coach and mine in Software Development.
